Please find above our email addresses. We wanted to thank you once again for your comprehensive assessment of the “massive renovator”. You identified a lot of major issues that weren’t identifiable on initial inspection . We obtained several quotations for the water damaged – roofing, guttering, plumbing, plastering, flooring etc as well as termite treatment which were affordable. However, the structural issues with the dropped pillars and warped supporting beams etc were highly concerning.

Accordingly your inspection saved us in the order of $200k in hidden costs. We will be highly recommending you to others and will definitely be utilizing your services for all our future investments.
