You identified a lot of major issues that weren’t identifiable on initial inspection . We obtained several quotations for the water damaged – roofing, guttering, plumbing, plastering, flooring etc as well as termite treatment which were affordable. However, the structural issues with the dropped pillars and warped supporting beams etc were highly concerning.
